b) If the buyer has problems due to software, platforms or equipment that are not compatible, and these incompatibilities were previously mentioned in the product description.
c) If the asset was purchased during a promotion or at a discount.
3. REFUND PROCESS
a) To request a refund, please contact us through our support channel, providing details of the purchase and the reason for the request.
b) Our team will evaluate the request within 5 working days and inform you of approval or denial.
c) If approved, the refund will be processed and the amount will be credited using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 working days.
